Lifecycle Boutique
Lifecycle Boutique
There are a lot of nice bicycles on the market these days, light weight, innovative designs with nice paintjobs but sometimes you are looking for a bicycle with that little bit extra. A bicycle that takes the current technology and pushes it to the limit, a bicycle that will actually make you quicker, a bicycle that isn’t the same as every other model in the bunch. For those of you who want that little bit extra we present the Lifecycle Boutique, our collection of absolute top end bikes the like of which you wont see anywhere else.
Bike in the Spotlight:
Specialized S-Works Tarmac SL with Record
Campagnolo groupsets are a bit like Ferrari cars, you don’t "need" them, they cost more but if you get a chance to own one you are unlikely to turn it down. This particular Tarmac SL has been built up with a Record kit and Roval Fusee Carbon wheels. Specialized have also opted for their in house S-Works crank, an amazingly stiff and light crankset they are a great match for a bike of this quality. Painted in the Quickstep team colours this bike is 100% pro performance.
One super hot bike.
The carbon fiber Record levers are the ultimate in shifting to come out of cycling made Italy.
Campagnolo don't miss an opportunity to save some weight with more carbon but in this case the carbon is out shone by the eye catching aerodynamic Roval hubs.

Other bikes in the Boutique
Unlike many stores Lifecycle is fortunate enough to stock more then one or two high end bikes. Here is a sampling of some more top end bikes and frames from the showroom floor.
Paolo Bettini Tarmac SL
This particular Tarmac SL has been painted in a limited edition paintjob to celebrate the fact that this is the bike of choice for world champion Paolo Bettini. Built to the specifications requested by Lifecycle owner Blair Stockwell this rare beauty features the SRAM Force 10 speed groupset, Roval Fussee wheels and a very fine Zipp bar a stem combo.

Specialized S-Works Epic

Full carbon fibre Epic mountain bike frame built with XTR running gear and Mavic wheels. The suspension duties are controlled by the famous Epic shock and with the lighter Carbon frane this bike is a real race winner.

Specialized S-Works Tarmac SL – Gerolsteiner Team Paint Job

This has to be one of the nicest paint jobs in the Pro Peleton toady. The blue and black of Team Gerolsteiner’s S-Works Specialized bikes adds the finishing touch to these already awesome machines.
Instore now: $10199
SUB Rosa
We all like Sarah Ulmer, one of the nicest people in cycling and a damn good rider, sure she is a Kiwi but so is Blair and we don’t hold that against him. Sarah’s signature bike is more then a cookie cutter frame with her name on it. This baby has been specced to perfection with details you won’t find anywhere else including a custom Zipp wheel combo.
Instore now: $9499
Avanti Team Corsa
Why ride one of those fancy pants Northern hemisphere bikes when you can get a top end Avanti Team Corsa with the world’s best spec designed for riding down under. While we can’t name names we have it on good authority that the top end Avanti puts a lot of doubly expensive European brands to shame.
Instore now: WAS $6299 NOW $4999
Specialized S-Works Stumpjumper FSR 130
There are many things that make this frameset special, the AZ-1 Carbon fibre construction, the 130mm of rear travel (more then the standard Stumpy) and the brain shock to optimize the pedaling performance out back.
Instore now: $4999 frame only
Specialized S-Works Stumpjumper Hardtail

Ultralight carbon fibre hardtail. Perfect frame choice if you want to build the lightest bike on the race course without compromising on ride quality. Would be perfectly suited to SID worldcups, SRAM X.0 kit and a set of CrossMax SLRs but we also wonder how light you could get it kitted out as an uber light single speed.
Instore now $2799
Specialized S-Works Roubaix Frameset
Do you get bored of loops round the river and coffee at the same shop every weekend? Do you want to ride further for longer on a lightweight race bike climbs like a goat, descends with stability and doesn’t leave you feeling like a saddle sore cowboy? If so you should be thinking S-Works Roubaix, maybe you will even find some cobblestones.
Instore now: $3999 frame kit
Specialized S-Works Tramac SL Frameset

If none of our complete SL builds are right for you why not get us to build up a framset with the parts of your choice. Force, Record, Dura Ace? Roval, Mavic, Zipp? The choice is yours.
