Now there is a central location for all the Lifecycle rides and events. From the weekend jaunt to an epic two-day ride, we at Lifecycle have group rides to suit all levels of fitness.

Every Saturday we have a ride leaving the shop at 6:30am that is either a Nudgee loop or a River loop. We also have a monthly 50km ride on Saturday to Samford for fitter riders leaving the shop at 6:00am. For more information on our Saturday rides, click here. For the mountain goats (light or heavy), we have a weekly Wednesday ride to Mt Cootha leaving the shop at 6:00am. We do three laps but some people do two. This ride is for fitter cyclists.

We also have a two day "Winter Warmer" ride which is held annually during winter. We ride out to Maleny via Samford, Dayboro and Mt Mee and spend the night at Tranquil Park and return home the next morning via some lovely small roads for a total of 250km in two days.
